The healthcare facility implements a water safety plan for different water uses in
conformity with the national and WHO guidelines including risk assessment, operational monitoring, water system inspection, preventative maintenance and a backup plan in case of failure or interruption.

The healthcare facility implements an operational monitoring program for all water
uses as well as an inspection and maintenance program of the water supply system including a back up plan in case of failure or interruption in conformity with the national and WHO guidelines and standards.

The healthcare facility manage safely chemical waste including pesticides and colour coded, labeled, and tagged in conformity with the national and/or WHO guidelines.

The healthcare facility has effective utility system plans for electricity and medical gases including emergency plan to protect facility occupants in the event of system
disruption or failure. The plan includes preventative maintenance and a backup
plan in case of failure or interruption.

A radiation safety program is in place and operational.

EH Training needs is assessed.
